This first module establishes the lawful foundation for all Judicial Post Masters and officers under the Federal Postal Court of the Unity Kingdom (FPC-UK). It defines where authority originates, how jurisdiction is established through postal venue, and how the principles of : C.-S.-S.-C.-P.-S.-G : govern all factual communication. Completion of this module certifies understanding of lawful authority, venue, and syntax jurisdiction the essential base upon which every future judicial act rests.
