0. CONTRACTUAL NOTICE

4. PAYMENT, PLANS & DIGITAL SERVICE TERMS

All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise;
You must ensure accurate billing data. Duplicate or falsified user accounts will be deleted;
All digital products are non-refundable, regardless of user error, delay, or inaccessibility caused by third-party platforms;
Escrow: Non-cancellation within 7 days activates full contractual obligation and voids refund eligibility;
All Claim-of-Life ID services must be submitted in full within 7 days of payment. Non-compliance results in service voidance without refund.

5. CONTRACT WORK POLICIES

Fixed engagement fee of £TBD plus £200/hour thereafter (minimum 1-hour blocks);
Contract responses are issued only on Wednesdays, unless emergency status is pre-authorised;
Breach of contract terms results in immediate voidance without refund.

6. ENFORCEMENT OF TIMELINE CONDITIONS

You must provide all required information or documentation within 7 days of request;
Failure results in permanent order cancellation, account hold, and loss of any paid amount;
No grace period or reminder is required for enforcement.

7. CHARGEBACK & FRAUD RESPONSE POLICY

If you initiate a chargeback after failing to fulfil your obligations under this agreement, or after receiving access to any content or material:

You consent to our filing of a civil and criminal fraud claim against you;
You accept liability for all associated damages, including tripled loss value, recovery fees, and administrative time;
We reserve the right to report your data to international fraud tracking services;
No prior warning is required for legal enforcement.

This clause serves as notice and enforcement jurisdiction without the need for wet-ink signature.

8. SECURITY CLAUSES & DIPLOMATIC NOTICE

You may not falsely represent yourself as a diplomat, agent, or sovereign without valid documentation and written approval from : C.-S.-S.-C.-P.-S.-G :;
Abuse of diplomatic status or invocation of immunity will be met with prosecution and claim-of-loss.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All services, products, and content are delivered “as-is” with no guarantee of outcome, result, or accuracy. You agree:

No liability will be held for misuse, misinterpretation, or lack of result;
Our total liability is limited strictly to the value of the service purchased.

10. INDEMNIFICATION & VIOLATION

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless : Jason-Paul : Greaves and : C.-S.-S.-C.-P.-S.-G : for any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use of this site or violation of these terms. This includes:

Misuse of services or false representation;
Contract evasion;
Attempted reversal of fees or criminal misrepresentation.

11. DIGITAL RIGHTS & LICENSE REVOCATION

Possession of digital content or access does not imply ownership. We reserve the right to:

Revoke licenses without notice in case of breach;
Audit affiliate access or track digital use;
Issue takedown or usage-fee invoices for unauthorised replication.

12. REFUND POLICY

Strict no-refund policy applies in all cases except rare approved store-credit scenarios;
Failure to complete instructions, submit forms, or misinterpret product usage does not warrant refund consideration;
Store credit may be offered at our sole discretion and must be used within the defined time.

13. GOVERNANCE & VENUE

These terms are governed exclusively by the authority and living standing of : Jason-Paul : Greaves, under : C.-S.-S.-C.-P.-S.-G : jurisdiction. You agree:

No BAR-member court or statutory entity has standing to interpret or override these Terms;
All contracts are governed as private exchanges of volition, protected under claim-of-life conditions.

14. FINAL ENFORCEMENT CLAUSE

All attempts to circumvent, reinterpret, dilute, or bypass these terms—whether by legal complaint, digital workaround, or financial reversal—shall be treated as a breach of covenant, triggering full legal response.

All users are deemed to have understood and agreed to these terms by engaging with the site in any way.
