1. Purpose and Jurisdiction
This Schedule sets forth the lawful consideration payable for administrative, arbitral, and certification services rendered under private contract and postal venue jurisdiction.
All fees represent lawful consideration for service, not tax or statutory charge, pursuant to the Arbitration Act 1996 and common-law contract.
2. General Principles

Fees are payable in GBP (£) or equivalent : C.-S.-S.-C.-P.-S.-G : Units at the current lawful exchange rate.

Payment is due upon filing unless otherwise authorised by the Registrar.

Each fee covers administrative time, record-keeping, and certification costs.

All payments are receipted and recorded in the Court Treasury Ledger.

Educational or public-benefit cases may qualify for partial or full fee waiver.

FPC-18 Application for Leave to Enforce Award Filing seeking judicial permission under Arbitration Act 1996, Section 66 £120
FPC-18A Affidavit of Authenticity Sworn verification that all attached award documents are true and original £40

Dual-Seal Authentication (RSAP) Verification of both court seals and ledger entry £75

9. Treasury & Ledger Charges

2 % administrative charge applies to any refund (where permitted).

Returned postal items may incur re-service fees.

Fee receipts reference case number, payment mode, and Registrar autograph.
10. Fee Waiver Procedure
Applicants may request waiver by filing Form FPC-14 (Fee Waiver Application) with supporting affidavit.
Final discretion rests with the Chief Post Master General.
