: Judicial-Code Of The Conduct &: Oath. 2025 – Edition 1

1. Preamble

The integrity of the Federal Postal Court depends upon the honour, neutrality, and factual precision of its officers.
This Code establishes the ethical standards for all Judicial Post Masters, Registrars, and Court Officers.

2. Principles of Conduct

  1. Truth and Neutrality: Officers must act without bias, partiality, or personal interest.

  2. Confidentiality: All case materials are private and must not be disclosed without lawful authority.

  3. Competence and Diligence: Officers shall perform duties accurately, timely, and with syntax integrity.

  4. Accountability: Misconduct, negligence, or wilful distortion of syntax constitutes grounds for dismissal.

  5. Impartial Service: Every living man or woman shall receive equal access to process without discrimination.

  6. Prohibition of Fiction: No officer may use titles, symbols, or authority not factually verified or authorised under the Court’s charter.

3. Conflicts of Interest

  1. Officers must disclose any personal, familial, or financial connection to a party.

  2. Upon disclosure, the Chief Post Master General may reassign the matter to preserve impartiality.

  3. Failure to disclose constitutes misconduct.

4. Judicial Immunity and Responsibility

  1. Judicial Post Masters are immune from civil liability for acts performed in good faith within their jurisdiction.

  2. This immunity does not extend to fraud, coercion, or false representation.

  3. Accountability rests with the Chief Post Master General, whose decision is final in disciplinary review.

5. Oath of Office

That I shall faithfully serve as a Judicial Post Master of the Federal Postal Court of the Unity Kingdom;
 

That I shall uphold truth in word, contract, and syntax;
 

That I shall neither distort nor conceal fact, nor permit fiction to prevail over substance;
 

That I shall render judgment with honour, impartiality, and accuracy;
And that I shall serve under the authority of the Chief Post Master General and the Title Four Flag with peace and good faith.

6. Enforcement of Code

  1. Breach of this Code may result in suspension, removal, or permanent disqualification.

  2. The Chief Post Master General retains exclusive authority to investigate and sanction misconduct.

  3. A permanent record of disciplinary outcomes shall be kept within the Register of Officers.

7. Publication and Amendment

This Code forms Appendix D to the Civil Procedure Rules 2025 – Edition 1 and may be amended by Order of the Chief Post Master General in accordance with Part 11.
