Official Notice

By declaration and publication of the Civil Procedure Rules 2025 – Edition 1, the Federal Postal Court of the Unity Kingdom (FPC-UK) hereby enters into full operational status as a private postal-arbitration tribunal.

All lawful filings, notices, and determinations are now received, processed, and recorded under the jurisdiction of the Chief Post Master General in accordance with:

• The Arbitration Act 1996 (UK)

• Common-law contract and postal venue jurisdiction

• The linguistic and evidential standards of Correct Sentence Structure Communication Parse Syntax Grammar (C.S.S.C.P.S.G.)

Scope of Authority

The Court shall hear and determine matters arising under private contract, commercial obligation, performance, debt, or trust.
All proceedings are voluntary, consent-based, and recognised as binding arbitral awards.
Public-statutory, criminal, and family law matters remain outside the Court’s remit.

Filing Commencement

Effective immediately:

• Claims may be filed by post or secure electronic submission using Form FPC-01 – Notice of Claim.

• All filings must reference proof of service, postal venue, and living autograph.

• Fee schedules, forms, and procedural guidance are available on the official website.

Oath and Registry

All sworn Judicial Post Masters shall appear within the Officer Registry bearing their appointment seals and oath certification.
Training and accreditation are conducted under the Court’s Judicial Training & Certification Programme (2025).

Declaration

The Federal Postal Court of the Unity Kingdom now stands open and constituted under one law, one syntax, and one nation.
All proceedings are conducted for truth, fairness, and factual contract within the postal venue of peace.

Each entry should display:

• Officer Name and Title

• Appointment Reference (e.g., FPC-UK-OATH-2025-001)

• Oath Date and Location

• Seal Number and Colour Code

• Status (Active / Probationary / Honorary)

• Registry Autograph of C.P.M.G.

You can present this as a table or digital card grid, sorted by appointment date, with each record linking to a scanned copy of the Oath Form FPC-O1.

Structure

1. Module 1 – Syntax Foundations
   Principles of C.S.S.C.P.S.G., legal grammar, and factual jurisdiction.

2. Module 2 – Postal Venue Law
   Evidence chains, service, and venue establishment.

3. Module 3 – Civil Procedure Rules
   Practical application of Parts 1–12 in live case management.

4. Module 4 – Judgment Drafting & Certification
   Writing lawful findings, awards, and syntax-verified records.

5. Module 5 – Ethics & Judicial Conduct
   Code adherence, oath renewal, and disciplinary process.

 

Certification Pathway

• Completion Exam (oral + written syntax verification)

• Oath Ceremony 

• Issuance of Certificate of Appointment and Seal Number

Graduates are entered into the Officer Registry and authorised to preside under delegated authority.
